On the last Sunday of July, at the peak of the summer heat,
we paused for a moment—following the flow of music, breath, and stories—to look deeply within ourselves.

This was the second chapter of “Breathe Me, Breathe the Earth”,
a Four Seasons Music Meditation Concert presented by SOUM Music and SOUM Meditation Center.
The Summer Edition, themed “Fulfillment and Heart Care,” offered a resonant stage where music, painting, meditation, and the audience’s own stories intertwined in harmony.

With pianist and director of SOUM Meditation Center Sooji Jung (@soojijung),
guitarist and founder of SOUM Music, Ji-Eun Park (@mymars2025),
and the heartfelt art and narration of artist Choi Ahl,
every moment of this performance quietly connected with the inner world of each audience member.
